Delivery

Orders will be sent within 10 working days of the order being placed. Your order will normally be sent by Royal mail or Hermes. This can change depending on the delivery company. #

You should normally receive a dispatch email; this can sometimes end up in your junk/spam so please check these inboxes.

we now offer next day delivery apon dispatch. This means once your parcel is ready (normally up to 7 working days) it will be dispatched and delivered next day .

we are a small business and unfortunately can’t offer next day delivery from the date you order. 

Standard delivery is up to 3 working days soon dispatch.

this could be delayed by outside events such as covid19, weather etc.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order. This is called a “cooling off period”. If you wish to cancel your order you must email info@pmdcandles.co.uk within 7 days. If you have already received your order in the cooling off period you much return your order unused and unopened. If we receive your order and any part of it is used or opened than we have the right to refuse your cancelation.  

If your order is of value of £42 or less. We only accept returns or cancellations for damaged and/or Faulty goods. If you wish to cancel your order you must email info@pmdcandles.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order.

If your order is of value of £43 or more. You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after your order is received. If you wish to cancel your order you must email info@pmdcandles.co.uk within the 14 days.
